Dates and responsibility
Packing, best-before, manufacturer or packer and origin are published only when documented.
Test scope
Laboratory name, report number, test date, methods or analytes, results and limits should be readable.
Limitations
A batch result supports only the listed tests. It does not prove every health claim or every future batch.
